Who We Are
I'd like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself & how
I got into this business.
I'm a young mother of two little girls, ages 3 & 1. My husband & I live with our girls on a 1 acre lot in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country.
When I was in my teenage years, I helped my mother quilt. She gave me and my five sisters seven quilts each, so I learned to quilt quite young. I also did a lot of quilting for different Mennonite & Amish women. Finally after being married for five years, we decided to open a shop in our basement. As we gathered more varieties of quilts for my shop, I started having around ten Amish and Mennonite women help supply me with additional quilts. I do not take anything in my shop that doesn't meet my standards for quality of quilting. All of my quilts are quality handmade Amish Quilts and are neatly hand quilted. We live approximately 2 miles from Crystal Cave, a local tourist attraction, and about 3 miles from Kutztown where the Folk Festival and Renninger Flea Market is held. If you ever come to visit my area, please stop by at my shop.
Please let me know if you're happy with your purchase. I also make custom made quilts or wallhangers. Don't be afraid to ask for a special pattern. I have over 100 pieces in my shop as items on consignment so our inventory changes often. If you don't see a color or pattern you prefer, please ask.
